Solent Scurry Sailing is the waterbased section of "Quaystage Training" which specialises in Leadership and Development Training for Companies, Graduate Recruiters, as well as running a number of Youth Development Programmes and mentoring schemes for individual managers.

Outdoor training is also a powerful means of developing self understanding, interpersonal skills and building teams. We believe that a day out on the water cannot be beaten for encouraging teamwork, and developing leadership skills.
The very essence of sailing means that everyone on board must work, communicate as a team and act as one unit in order to be successful. There is no room for individuals aboard a yacht.
Our skippers are all from a corporate background and are trained facilitators, which means that they will be able to interact and react to your group on the day. They will adopt a variety of exercises to ensure your staff and yourselves get the most out of the experience.
Especially where the aim is staff development, we will promote team building and encourage the crew to use their initiative and make supervised decisions in unfamiliar surroundings. Providing assessments and feedback where appropriate or requested by the individual and you as the organiser.
VALUE MANAGEMENT
Quaystage Training can organise waterbased sessions with an experienced Facilitator as part of your time on the water. We also run leadership, training and development courses for staff, managers, management trainees and Graduates.
